Like any draft, a pre-draft order is determined. This is a hybrid between a traditional Snake Draft and an auction draft.
Each round will focus on a certain position. Once a manager drafts a player in that round, they are out until the next round.
When it comes down to the last person they will get to pick any eligible player, and the cost will be 50% of the last winning bid, rounded up.
If it is a manager’s turn to nominate and they have already picked, that nomination is skipped and goes to the next manager. Once you go through all the players, it goes back to the first and proceeds accordingly until all managers have picked that round.
Dragon-Style Drafts specify the number of rounds it is auction for, as well as a set order for positions to be drafted in prior to the draft starting. Once you have completed the necessary number of rounds, it shifts to a traditional snake draft and completes that way.
