  • IMPORTANT: If there is any situation that arises that is not covered by the rules, the commissioner will make a ruling on how it will work based on the spirit of the league and that ruling is final and absolute. If the commissioner is involved, a vice-commissioner will make the decision. These rules should be fairly tight, but if someone finds a loophole, this closes it and the rules will be immediately amended. Additions or clarifications can be made, but changes or subtractions to existing rules can not
  • This is a Pseudo-Pirate League. If you win, you may take any non-Champion they have. If they drafted that player during the auction portion of the draft, you must pay them 50% rounded up of the FAAB they paid in the draft to steal them or $10, whichever is bigger. If drafted in the snake portion, picked up on Waivers, or stolen from another player, it is a set $10 FAAB to steal. You must also give them back a player of the same position you started that week. You may also give them a player of the same position from your bench if and only if that player outscored one of your starters with the same position.
  • For reasons of collusion, trading outside of steals is not allowed.
  • Each week, the winner must either declare a player to steal, or declare they are not stealing by 10pm Eastern time on Tuesday. If they fail to make a declaration, the steal will then flip and the opponent will be given until 10am Wednesday to steal their own player. This is to prevent players from being inactive and consciously making a decision.
  • The form will allow players to make a declaration in secret, even before even knowing if they have won if they so desire. This allows the process to speed up. If they don’t win, it is discarded, unless the winner makes no declaration, in which case it is processed.
  • In-game scoring system still TBD.
